July to September: Dry season and the best time to witness the Great Migration, dry savannas, plenty of wildlife and perfect safari conditions.

December to February: Quieter safaris with young animals and a paradise for bird lovers.

April, May and October: Rainy season with lush green landscapes, fewer tourists and lower prices.

January to February and June to October: The best months for mountain climbs and hikes, including Kilimanjaro.

January to February and August to September: The most beautiful beach months along the coast and islands.
