1. When do I have to make my second payment?
40 days before the trip starts, you will receive an invoice for the remaining amount. This must be paid within 7 days.
2. Will I receive confirmation of my payment?
After we have received the payment, you will automatically receive an email for confirmation.
3. Where is my money now?
Your money is safely stored in a so-called third-party account. This is managed by an independent foundation that only transfers the money to Charlie's Travels when you have packed your bags.
4. What if Charlie's goes bankrupt, will I lose my money?
Don't worry: your money is safely parked and you will receive it back from the independent foundation in the event of bankruptcy.
