Khama Rhino Sanctuary
Off to Botswana! And what better way to kick off this adventure than by coming face to face with Africa’s very own Arnold Schwarzenegger: the rhino! Ready, set, go – we’ll tell you everything about visiting the Khama Rhino Sanctuary.

About the Khama Rhino Sanctuary
Want to come face to face with an African giant? Then visit the Khama Rhino Sanctuary. Here, you’ll get the incredible chance to admire the Rhino—sorry, the Neushoorn—in real life. The Khama Rhino Sanctuary in Serowe spans around 8,585 hectares and is home to both white and black rhinos, as well as over 30 other animal species and a wide variety of birds! You’ll be able to spot countless animals during a game drive from waterhole to waterhole.
Fun fact! The Khama Rhino Sanctuary (KRS) is a community-based wildlife project established to help save the endangered rhino.

Sleeping at Khama Rhino Sanctuary
A day of wildlife spotting can be quite tiring, and they know that all too well at Khama Rhino Sanctuary. You can enjoy a good night’s sleep here in a basic chalet or at the campsite. There’s hot water and a toilet available. There’s also a small restaurant and a pool for a refreshing dip. Grab your loo roll and off you go!
