We traveled to Kenya with Charlie’s Travel in November/December 2020. They really are the best operator you could wish for – especially during “Corona times. They had (and still have) people on site who kept us informed in real time of the latest developments; while we were planning and preparing for the trip at home, as well as during the trip. Even when we changed our minds at the last minute, they were always there to help us. For example, changing our train ride from Diani Beach to Nairobi for a flight. Charlie’s team is really great (special shout out to Brenda, Heidi and Charles himself) !!! Next time I would definitely arrange my trip with them again!
